Catsfield Pre-school is located in the rural village of Catsfield, just outside Battle, East Sussex.

We welcome children from 2-5 years.

​

Hourly fees:

​

2 year old: £7.25 per hour

3 year old: £6.50 per hour 

​

Invoices are monthly - produced on the last day of the month or the last day of the term depending on the calendar dates.

Early Years Education Entitlement (E.Y.E.E)

 

2 year old funding - We are registered for two year old funding. If your family situation matches the current government criteria on income/circumstance then you may be entitled to 15hours free childcare for your two year old - to apply visit  www.gov.uk/free-early-education

 

 

3 year old funding - All children, regardless of household income, are currently entitled to 15 hours free pre-school education from the term after they turn 3.

 

3 year old extended funding - for some working families of children aged 3 and 4 years

Other charges:

In line with EYEE guidance - please see below our guidance for consumables and non-consumables. 

​

Non-consumables: 

​

Sun cream, nappies, wipes and nappy sacks must be provided by the guardians in the Childs named bag.  

​

Consumable charge:

​

A fee of 50p per session (9am-12pm) will be invoiced monthly.  

 

This is to cover the costs of fruit, snack, seasonal consumables and extras we provide.  For example, if your child attends 4 mornings a week a charge of £2.00 per week will be invoiced. 

​

Please note: If you do not wish to pay the consumable charge, please speak to the Manager directly, who can discuss alternative options. This charge is for funded and fee paying hours.

Our sessions run mornings, afternoons and all day please contact us for details on available sessions. 

 

If your child is not entitled to any of the above funding please contact us for our latest fee structure.
